We note that there have been certain comments recently concerning the supply of certain of our products into Russia.
FTDI continues to adhere to applicable UK government sanctions and export control laws in force and our future business plans take those restrictions into account. We strive to have commercially acceptable business processes in place to deal with the supply of goods into Russia and we are deeply concerned about potential findings associated with FTDI.
We do not support any use of our components to violate human rights and we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
