We have recently become aware of an unauthorised store who is reselling FTDI products using our name and logo on Taobao Alibaba. The unauthorised store/ reseller may claim to offer FTDI products at discounted prices, but we are not responsible for any issues resulting from products/ services purchased at the unauthorised store.
To ensure that are our customers getting the best experience with our products and services, we strongly encourage to only purchase FTDI products from FTDI directly or through our authorized distributors listed here.
In addition, please note that FTDI is not listed on Taobao Alibaba.
