HR & Admin Executive

  • Reporting To: HR and Admin Manager

  • Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
  • Support Recruitment process including but not limited to posting of advertisements, arranging of interviews
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
  • Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation
  • Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
  • Full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail / courier handling
  • Organise office events
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Additional Responsibilities

  • Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individual’s capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Min 3 years’ experience in HR/Admin
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
