Modules based on the FT2232H and FT4232H ICs are now available from FTDI and its distribution channels.

These products allow customers to quickly evaluate the FT2232H and FT4232H device and drivers prior to commencing their own design.

FT2232H Mini-Module

The FT2232H Mini Module is a USB-to-serial/FIFO development module in the FTDI product range which utilizes the FT2232H USB Hi-Speed two-port bridge chip which handles all the USB signalling and protocols. It is ideal for development purposes to quickly prove functionality of adding USB to a target design.

FT4232H Mini-Module

The FT4232H Mini Module is a USB-serial/MPSSE development module in the FTDI product range which utilizes the FT4232H USB Hi-Speed four-port bridge chip which handles all the USB signalling and protocols. It is ideal for development purposes to quickly prove functionality of adding USB to a target design.

DLP-USB1232H

The DLP-USB1232H is DLP Design’s premier USB-to-UART/FIFO interface module based upon FTDI’s fifth-generation USB 2.0 High Speed (480Mb/s) silicon. The DLP-USB1232H is available in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant, compact, 18-pin, 0.1-inch spaced standard DIP footprint.

The DLP-USB1232H has the capability of being configured in a variety of industry-standard serial or parallel interfaces
